My poor son is suffering terribly with a sore throat. Today, we go to the walk-in (open until 6) at 4:52 pm to be told they stopped taking patients at 4:45….7 minutes! We need a throat swab, that’s it. They refused to take him in…as he standing there bawling in pain. I will be moving all my primary care from this place and will never go back. What a nightmare. There is no care…it’s a cash grab
I would give it zero stars if it would allow me to write a review…providers were condescending and ignorant of what their staff is telling patients. On top of that they said they do not refer out of their own network for your health so i highly recommend not going there at all. Even thought in your health summaries they say otherwise…ugh. Do not see Vicki McGuire!!!
Told by my dr to be seen at walk in only to be told by the urgent care staff that they WONT do anything, since it's a Friday and so now I'm off to the ER for something that definitely should have been a walk in.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, SEE "Dr." Vicky Maguire. She could not have been more rude and obnoxious during our visit. She should lose her job for what she pulled off today. Next time we will call Weston Pediatrics or our toddler's main doctor.
