My Daughter has been suffering from a runny nose coughing, sneezing and fatigue for several days. to her to urgent care in Leominster MA. on 4/16/24and the Dr. who saw her asked if she had Asthma and then stated" i dont think I need to do a swab and perscibed an inhaler. My daughter then over heard the Dr. talking to the Nurses about her and laughing. She came out crying and upset over the whole ordeal. The care was inconsistent, the physicians gave me the wrong meds for my anxiety, they didn't explain the meds, and mis diagnosed me. I had a GI ISSUE, my ulcer was not bleeding, yet they had residents doing my meds and diet. They kept changing things, they held me for no reason other than the diet. Today is the very first time a dr made me cry from sheer embarrassment. I have had tough drs in the past, that is not the issue. This man was a whole other experience. He rudely commented on my weight, judged harshly every choice I had made, regarded me with an air of aggravation and what could only be felt as though he was disgusted by me. Is there a negative score. He threatened to withhold my medicine and discharge me, who is suicidal and sectioned, unless I take the covid swab!! I'm certain this is all illegal!!
Worst place to be seen for kidney stones. Dr lies to your face about when your stent is going to be removed. I would NOT recommend this place to the devil himself.
Overcharging and billing "NO SHOW" even though called 3 days before appointment for cancellation.

Parents be aware Incas of an emergency don’t take your child there especially cardiac emergency and if you do Don’t expect any communication Don’t expect the nurse to go to the room if you buzzed in Also if you still go there you will have a heart attack with your child Absolutely horrible & Indescribable service They should SHUT it down If I can give it a lower star I would sadly I can’t They need to be reported to the ethics committee because they have zero ethics
