I have been here a couple of times and taken my children. The staff is wonderful but dr.tripp was rude and I will never go there if he's the treating Dr. I have dealt with migraines my entire life and gone to urgent cares and er's and Dr's and have always been told that if my medication doesn't help the best course is an urgent care but dr.tripp refused to treat me. My experience was not good. Rude and not caring!! And
Showed up to the facility 2 hours before closing, and I waited outside for half an hour calling and ringing the doorbell, and no one ever answered.
Very unorganized
I wanted to be seen for pink eye and asked them if they do COVID testing as well. As soon as I said that she said I’d have to do the appt. By phone.
