This urgent care is the best I’ve ever been to! From the second I walked in the front desk staff was so friendly and kind! Then Dr. Choe was so nice and caring and my Nurse Mario was very good at his job! I had to get iv fluids and he got the Iv in so easily and without any discomfort to me! I am very impressed with the staff at this location! Highly recommend this location!!

Honestly don’t know why the security always gives me issues… but somehow a white women walks right after me and they treated her with respect no issue. Also an older doctor decided to belittle me on my smoking which is highly unprofessional. I literally don’t understand. Is it because I’m Hispanic ? I’m kind and cordial so it makes 0 sense. Other than that the other doctors and nurses have always treated me with dignity and respect but you guys need to put those dudes in a different position. Absolutely wonderful staff the RN I think his name was Glen? And the nurse with the earbuds- they were absolutely wonderful with me. It was the end of the night close to 8pm and they got me in, so kind and gentle with me. I was having issues with my ears, they took me seriously, took care of me and helped me out a lot. It was my first time there as a patient and felt like I was in good hands. I walked away satisfied with my care completely.
