I had to come in for an Urgent Care visit on Sunday morning. My MA (Karen) was not only professionalbut also had excellent bedside manner. The same can be said of Dr Waterman. I can imagine working on a Sunday is no ideal for most people, but you would never be able to tell by their demeanor. They were able to address my concern and get me taken care of. Not that anyone wants to go back to Urgent Care but if I need to, I hope I can deal with them again.
Doctor Somphone was very informative and professional. I can see he cares about his patients and made me feel cared. All staff were very kind.
Anxiety issue could not hanve been handled better, thank you .
Literally the worst place I have ever dealt with for medical issues. Zero compassion, felt like I was having a stroke (half my face and body was not working) and they literally laughed.. Karma..thank gawd I believe in karma. I changed insurances 5 min later it was so bad
