They are kind and cycle through patients really quickly!
My elderly parents were told by Kaiser via phone to go to urgent care. They drove 40 minutes to get there, while my dad is bleeding and had been already for several days, and Kaiser Urgent Care turns them away. They said that they didn't have time! It was the middle of the afternoon, not near closing time. Unbelievable. What is a bleeding old man to do who has paid into Kaiser for 50 years?
