If I could give this place a zero, I would. I came to the urgent care last Thursday after a week of persistent/worsening chest pain. I was seen by a doctor who dismissed my pain as muscular and told me to go home and take an Advil. I didn't say a word, but gave a look of disappointment and upset. The doctor was extremely rude and flippant, saying he would order labs and asking me, 'Is this what I wanted?' Labs came back with elevated heart enzymes. Be ready to spend here couple of days in line to see anyone. Also very dirty and old
Nearly 4 hours later, the doctor did not want to do what worked in the past. Try his own thing went home worse than when I entered.
I don’t know how this place has 3.1 star rating. My experience here was very smooth and quick . I didn’t even have to wait 10 minutes from checking in to see a doctor . Everyone was so helpful and polite .
