Parking is a nightmare here, came in with my son, took 45 minutes to get seen with an appointment, left owing 20$ for parking. Avoid this location as much as possible!
Came in around 9:15 when they opened (and there were already a number of people there) with no appointment and left with X-rays done and medication at 11:15. Genuinely surprised with how fast I was seen. I brought a book expecting to be there for much longer! The receptionists, Dr. Helen Yu, her nurse assistant, and the X-ray technicians were very nice and efficient. I know this isn't everyones experience with urgent cares, but I think a little patience for the nurses and doctors and understanding the timeline for urgent car... read more
Always come through for me.
It's terrible to feel sick and need urgent care and have the worry about how much parking will be after the long wait...Lots of other KP don't charge for parking.
Michelle is the best dr . Only had good experiences with her . A doctor that actually cares . Wish I can have her as a primary !
