This visit started with a call to the advise nurse, Teresa I think was her name. She was very helpful and reassuring. After reviewing my symptoms she recommended going to Urgent Care. Everyone we saw today at K Urgent Care in Longview was very helpful, knowledgeful & kind. Doctor Ryan Golden was excellent: he explained everything very well and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. Both my wife and I were very pleased with this experience.
Blatantly discriminatory! Don't come here unless you're a white man. They WILL dismiss any one else's pain or symptoms. They WILL think you're just looking for drugs if your a person of color. They WILL say "oh its just your period" or "are you sure you aren't just pregnant" if you're a woman. I have seen all of this with my own eyes. Terrible experiences! Only a couple of helpful nurses and thats it. 0/10 would never recommend unless the hospital completely closes down.
I am stage 4 terminal patients and I was having severe issues with pneumonia and pain and the outcome of all the symptoms I was dealing with. I currently had a CAT scan less than a week before this Urgent Care visit and I know a lot of providers really needs a x-ray and I kept reminding the provider that I just had a CAT scan. So she felt safe enough to go ahead and prescribe me a antibiotic we move forward we engaged to watch she was always eye contact and listened to my emotional conversation. I’m giving a 5 rating only to the urgent care nurse the rest deserves 0 rating! Kaiser in Longview Wa is the worst service you can possibly get! I stopped a the information booth first to explain the reason of my visit referred me to Nurse treatment waited 10 minutes to get informed that they didn’t have a nurse available after the receptionist finish talking to another patient about none related visit and how she could be hired on and only to send me with a pink paper without anything written on it to urgent care where I ha... read more
