If i could leave 0 stars i would.This is the most imcompetent urgent care ever. My wife went in with severe stomache and back pain chills and her heart was hurting. After sitting literally for almost 3 hours in a room with no one checking on her she simply wanted some blankets to help her chills to which Dr. Sangeeta Gupta Clarke told my wife " i will not get you blankets because this would take away from our time to talk." It is ridiculously dark inside of the urgent care unit. I feel like I’m in a Third World country or turning the lights on is not an option. The people are very nice though.
I went to this urgent care 9/8 late after work. My husband had been recently diagnosed with strep through his doctor and I had been displaying the same symptoms as him. I wasn't getting any better after a week of being sick so I thought I'd come in to see if I could get some medicine. I took a bit to come in because my insurance is still 100$ per urgent care visit and I don't really have that kind of money. Lady at the check in desk was nice, however I was treated poorly in urgent care. I was in a lot of pain and very uncomfortable with a fever. The doctor and nurse were not very helpful. I was just reading over the after care notes and am now questioning how they have results for tests they didn't conduct. Example "she is not in acute distress" I was curled up shivering in pain.
