Fast and easy! I was in and out. The customer service was also amazing from both the front, the nurses and the doctor. I wish I remembered their names!
First time here took my son for a pink eye infection. Rn and Dr where well knowledge and took well care of my sons symptoms and give us the right medication. Fast and easy
“Not so urgent care” if you have small feverish fussy toddlers. 2 hour wait for a toddler with fever at urgent care is ridiculous. What the hell Kaiser… never had such long wait for similar symptoms when I went there as an adult some years ago.

I’m very disheartened by the way I was treated by the staffs in urgent care. I was feeling very weak and drowsy after the shot I got to treat the soreness/weakness in my arm. I was left alone for quite a long time. When another staff finally came back, she hurried me out from the bed saying “this is not a hospital” while I was still having a hard time getting up, responding to her, and walking.
