I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. I went here a few months ago because I had chest tightness and pains, could hardly breathe, and my throat was clogged with mucus/phlegm. I was pale and my lips were turning blueish from lack of oxygen. My symptoms we're getting worse and I was sick for almost a week before I came here. My experience at this urgent care was incredibly disappointing. Despite clearly stating I'm an avid snowboarder and had a discolored, injured knee (a sports injury I've experienced before), the doctor dismissed my concerns. He refused an MRI, citing 'guidelines' even though my situation felt unique. Three months later, while caring for my sick mother in New York, my knee completely gave out—likely a torn ACL and MCL. If there were no stars that is what I would give.. Really deserves NO STARS!!! Going into Urgent care with excruciating sciatic pain, and the wait is 4-6 hours. Apparently they do not know how to stream/prioritize patients per pain/ need. This is the worst experience ever!! Sitting in wheelchair trying to control the pain, they have no compassion. A lady was sitting in a wheelchair next to the door and was told by the medical assistance "it's a bad place to park, you need to move", not once but twice. But not one of them off... read more
