It's fine. Waiting room feels cramped
Dr Wong, Isabel, and Alicia took excellent care of me after a fall required stitches and some evaluation! I felt comfortable and calm the whole time because they were all so great! Shorter wait times than I expected and we had updates on our ETA provided by a kind administrator! He also offered drinks! It was my best Urgent Care experience to date. Alicia, thank you for making my face feel better and, Dr Wong, thank you for fixing my face! 💖
The wait was less than an hour, the provider I saw, Dr. Johnson was great!
