Everyone was friendly and I was seen quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment
Rude providers and they are only there for the money. Not an ounce of empathy.
I visited Getwell Urgent Care July 5,2025. My 1 yr old was having nasal congestion. I arrived at 9:00 am and was out the door at 10:00 am. I was greeted by Shameka the receptionist with Grace, smile, and professionalism. Shameka assisted us on the online site to get a spot in line. I had to stop by this urgent care unexpectedly, and I was honestly impressed. I checked in online and barely had to wait once I got there — which is rare for any medical place in my experience. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the nurse practitioner Linda really took the time to listen without rushing through. Everything was clean and felt organized.
