Everyone was so sweet to me. If I lived here I would be coming back again. This is the place to go if u need to see a doctor
Don't go here if you're bleeding. Front desk does not care. I went to get help for a minor razor cut after bleeding for an hour soaking multiple wads of paper towel. Dripping all over my bedroom and bathroom. And I was told they would not see me for that. Even now has I type this, my phone and hands are covered in my own blood.
Outstanding experience. The facility was clean and bright. The staff was friendly and attentive. They listened carefully to my complaints, explained every test and treatment, and sent everything to the pharmacy. I hope I don't have to, but I'll absolutely be back here if I need urgent care again.
Paul Nixon, the FNP at the Getwell urgent care is literally the best provider I have ever encountered at an urgent care facility, he was attentive knowledgeable and professional. Great Job Paul!! And thank you to your staff as well they were all friendly and courteous!
