The staff is outstanding. They never make you feel like just another number — they genuinely care. They ran the necessary tests, and within 10 minutes we had results. If you’re sick and want the easiest, most stress‑free scheduling for a doctor’s appointment, this is the place to go.
Staff were friendly and professional. Arrived right at opening and was able to be seen and discharged 45 minutes later. Would recommend this office to anyone in the area.
I have used this urgent care multiple times it was my go to. Until I took my daughter and most times was billed for my co pay of 60. This day a new lady was at the front and told me I had to pay 30. So I did. In cash. I was not provided a receipt (which in hindsight is my fault but I trusted them). Then I received a bill for 51.82 (i had a credit on my account). I have been to Getwell Urgent Care several times for care, and got exceptional care consistently. My visit today was for a nasty case of bronchitis and it was treated quickly. I love this clinic!
Patient was my son, who is 3. He wasn't feeling well, feverish, lethargic, congested. We came in the day after Halloween. Provider looked in his ears and throat, said it was viral- they've been seeing a lot of that since it was cool on Halloween night. Failed to run any lab for Covid, strep, or flu. We treated symptoms for 48 hours as his condition worsened. Finally, we took him to the ER at 9pm at night, and learned he had strep throat.
