I made an appointment and when I arrived I was taken in within 5 minutes and I had an x-ray taken and visited with the doctor on call and she and her staff were very helpful and concerned and made the experience more tolerable than I expected. I arrived with a knee injury. I didn't have to wait very long to find out the results of my x-rays . The waiting room was very clean and it was very quiet in there.
They never answer the phone and sent my daughter’s prescription to the wrong pharmacy and now we have to wait until Monday! They are unprofessional.
ill take my chances at ER next time , i made a reservation & STILL it took one hour PLUS to to be seen and treated . it was literally no one else in the waiting room with me when I got here. its ridiculous ! a kids came in with an allergic reaction & it shut the whole place down. I'm waiting in a room as I type this and they are calling people back and haven’t seen me. The front office lady triaged me bc I waited so long. This is crazy I dont know what kind of bullshit this is.
