The worst establishment . They do not show any empathy or concern for your well being .
Always a great experience whenever my family and I have to come in. We have been coming to this location ever since our daughter was born. She is now three and we still travel to this one even though we have moved further away. The staff is always so sweet and pleasant.The facility is always very clean. Dr. Tyra is the best. They are always very informative, caring and patient. They are very good with children. I would recommend this Delk rd Wellstar to all!!!
This was one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. I came in feeling extremely sick — dizzy, fatigued, leaking fluid from my ear, and struggling to stay upright. After checking in, I waited over two hours total — one hour in the waiting room and another full hour alone in an exam room — and was never seen by a provider. Exactly what I needed Both times I've been there. Dr. Harris and her team are great. I'll be going there from now until...
A literal joke…I had an appt set to which I arrived early to. I then waited for over an HOUR to be seen. There was NO other patient in the waiting room. I maybe saw two patients trickle out while I was waiting Anytime I asked the front desk lady same answer “soon” or “they have your room ready” Honestly super ridiculous. Don’t offer appointments if you can’t stand on them. And tell people to arrive early to which we do and still have to wait over an hour to be seen.
