Thank you! I brought my husband into your clinic on 2/18/18, due to his symptoms and blood pressure you sent us directly to the ER. When we got there they were ready with his paperwork & put him in a room immediately. They admitted him due to his BP being so high. If you had not referred to the ER & called ahead to let them know he was on his way in, he did have a mini-stroke that affect his eye but had you not recognized the severity of the situation and sent us to the ER, he could have had a major stroke. Quick service. Friendly staff. No reason to ever visit Mosaic Urgent Care on Frederick again. I never knew a trip to an urgent care office could be under 30 minutes everything including check in. This has never happened with the other urgent care option whether it's busy or slow. Thank you!
I’ve had my son there now 3 times. Nothing major but definitely urgent or after hours. Everyone has been great there and super efficient! My son loves the kuerig machine in the lobby and the tv in the rooms while we wait! This last trip it was only a viral respiratory thing but at least I know it’s nothing requiring meds over the weekend! Glad I have a choice of urgent care facilities!!!
A pleasant visit from start to finish, staff is compassionate and competent. I was seen by Dee Cox, NP and she is a wonderful provider! Should I ever have any further urgent care situations this will be my Urgent Care of choice :)
