This is a shout out to all the nurses and techs that provided excellent care to me. Helping roll me around while I was there for my knee pain I appreciate you all and I also would like to thank Charles Medina for going above and beyond with just being compassionate and demonstrating empathy and just putting the patient needs first
Excelente atención.
Went to get an xray. They take you back in the room pretty quickly, then let you sit there alone for 2 hours with no checks or updates. They told me it was because there were only 2 providers, but I could hear an NP telling her life story outside the door for 15 minutes. I got the xray at 2 hours and they sat me in the hallway for another hour and a half. Go to a real urgent care. This is managed as bad as their pharmacy.
