As retired RN, previously with DOH, I was quite anxious at going to facility with no knowledge of same. It was recommended by my primary MD if I didn’t wish to wait for their appointment. Not only was receptionist warm, friendly but also the med asst that took care of me. All (including doc) were very pleasant, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and quite obviously “patient centered” allaying my anxiety and “fear of the unknown”. Well done Urgent Care! ��
I went in on Sunday around noon...from the moment I walked in everyone very pleasant And very helpful...short wait about 20 minutes.. I went because I had been fighting a head cold and it wouldn't go away, and I could not hear out of my left ear. What I thought was a cold was sinus infection, what I thought was not being able to hear because of the head Cold was because I had a horrible amount of old ear wax built up. Spent $80 to have my CDL medical card renewed ( I've had my CDL for over 20 years, so this to me was just a formality ) They didn't pass me because I couldn't tell brown from red. Now my CDL is being pulled. I don't know about you, but in the 38 years I've been driving, I've never seen a brown traffic sign, and this has never been a problem in the 20 years I've been driving with a CDL. Thank God I don't need my CDL to make a living anymore or else I would be totally screwed by these people. Hope you enjoy my $80.
Wait time is horrible...just as bad as "BayCare" Winter Haven Hospital express care. This is the crappy "Obama care" insurance we poor people pay for. Thanks Obama
On Saturday there was 20 people to be send . I heard them complain about wait. I have been here hour and still waiting. There's only one doctor on staff.
Waited three hours and still haven't been seen. Several people who came in AFTER me were called BEFORE me. I was told they were "established patients." This is urgent care, should be first in - first out.
