RecommendedEvery single person at this clinic was outstanding! We were greeted with a friendly smile . She also helped us check in on the IPad stand and was happy to do so ! My mother and I have been there 2X in the last 6 weeks . Both times they were consistently kind . They can do most anything COVID ,Flu, X-Rays and Strep tests . (I had all Of the above ) . Would not recommend going here unless you want to find out about exorbitant charges for any kinds of tests, specifically COVID. None of the tests that were run on me were explained and a cotton swab ended up costing me almost $915 out of pocket. I also didn’t receive my bill from their lab until two months after the fact. I also never saw an actual doctor or had any type of check in from the doctor after testing positive for Covid. I have been there twice- both times excellent care. They are very efficient and I have never waited more than ten minutes.
I love that I could check in online. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the FNP were extremely professional and caring. I will continue to use Oxford Urgent Care.
Every person in there is so kind and sweet. They were really patient with me today because of me having Bell's Palsy, it's hard to understand what I'm saying. they got me in and out. great place to go to
Such an amazing group of people, they always take such great care of our family and follow-up with us. We adore the staff at Oxford Urgent Care!
We love Mrs. Tracey Smiley and staff! She has treated all 3 of us and is wonderful with our 2 year old! They get us in and out very fast! They explain everything thoroughly and genuinely care!
They are extremely caring staff, nurses and doctors!!!
We have seen Tracy Smiley several times and she is so good with kids. The entire staff are welcoming and caring when my little ones are sick.
