We had such a wonderful experience at the medical centre this afternoon. From the triage nurse to the doctor and all the nurses in emergency care, everyone was so kind, caring and helpful. My son had been suffering from food poisoning since yesterday, and we were helped straight away. The doctor was incredibly kind and gentle with my son and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Yeah look the architecture is really good the triage nurse notified me that I wasn't gonna get any thing for my antibiotics for my sickness I've now got hives and chicken pox and I asked for me correct patches and they gave me some script for some chewing gum I think there was a lady there was a lady with her broken nose in there and they literally didn't give her a glass of water or ice and she ended up leaving because people have that stuff at home
Doctor Hing was excellent. Caring and exceptionally thorough. I was very happy with his care
I am extremely disappointed with the way my daughter was treated when we attended your urgent care today. My daughter injured her ankle during a basketball match at Eaton after sustaining an impact. When we arrived, there were only two people ahead of us, so we expected she would be assessed within a reasonable timeframe. However, we waited for more than three hours and she still had not been seen by a doctor. My sister went in for a check up with a sore knee, headaches, dizzy spells and blurred vision. Traige nurse done blood pressure and it was 139/91 my sister waited 3 hours then the doctor said she could go home that her blood pressure is normal because the nurse wrote on her report 139/81 since then she has done her blood pressure twice reading since coming home first blood pressure since being home is 153/93 and 141/96. Which is hypertension. Such disappointment not the first time something like this has happened.
