This is a wonderful alternative to a hospital visit. The waiting room was comfortable and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Hopefully another one pops up in the future for people who live further south of Bunbury. I highly recommend and would use this service again. Thank you to the team at Bunbury urgent care clinic.
A complete waste of time attending this clinic. Dr Edwin was very unhelpful in our time of need. He refused to do a very basic procedure of attaching a new wound drain canister to my relatives drain pipe that was malfunctioning. He dismissed us completely and we had to attend the Bunbury ED for hours waiting yet again. A very stressful and exhausting process for my relative who had just been released from Fiona Stanley hospital and is recovering from extensive surgery plus cancer diagnosis. What a great service. As a nurse, I'm terrible at being a patient! However the receptionist, triage nurse and doctor were lovely. Efficient and easy. Broke my arm and the whole process only took just over an hour and half. The longest wait was at the xray but even that was around 20 mins. Thank you to those that treated me
Had God experiences until now
My son and me waiting more then 3 hours and someone after us were seen the doctor first, doesnt looks Urgent. not that good experience, they looks not kids friendly.
