Great experience! All the staff are friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend any and everyone to use this Urgent Care facility.
The worst ever, please don’t come here especially if you got urgent medical care, they don’t care, I’m wondering, why no control department check or control on them. There is no priority for kids with critical condition. Honestly this is not urgent care. Honestly the doctors and nurses are really nice and friendly. The front desk guy is rude and show attitude.
I took my family to this place today and it was a nightmare. The front office girl named Leslie, is beyond aggressive and rude. The Dr was nice, but immediately jumped and assumed my spouse had allergies, without even doing the exam, their front office lady is terrible, rude and unprofessional . There’s a lot of way to address a concern without having to be aggressive. If you have private insurance do not come here! Do not waste your time and copay.
