The staff are so rude and from accent, they treated me so bad and was not listening to me even when I was explaining the pain, they were insisting that you may got insect bites however I had other issues and sever pain
Daisy was an amazing receptionist, I don’t have my insurance card or my id number but she told me the hospital next to them they can look it up with SSN because this Folsom urgent care is a private clinic soooo they don’t have access with the SSN
do not attempt to go here for back pain, they see you as an annoying waste of time and treat you as such. called seeking TPI for immediate acute pain relief "we don't do that here" a drug combo that is not an opiod, is localized to the pain, carries no negative side effects and they utterly refuse it as if its some sort of high chasing.. stay far away they will not bother to treat pain
If possible, save your time and go to a different urgent care. This location was extremely rundown and dirty. The front desk staff was okay, but the doctor I saw was extremely unprofessional. He came into the room wearing visibly dirty clothes and a filthy facemask that wasn’t even covering his nose properly. I came in for a badly sprained ankle, and he barely looked at it- no exam, no questions, didn’t wash his hands, and was in and out of the room in under a minute. Kaiser members BEWARE. The front desk typed the medical record number incorrectly and the billing department didn't know the prefix numbers for KP insurance which led to a 6 month dispute. Although I have dual KP coverage through two employers, they couldn't locate coverage in the system until a Kaiser representative spoke to them directly through a 3-way call and notified them of the prefix number.
