Rude staff, everyone is very slow, despite the fact that there were not many people, dirty! Avoid this place!
I was so disappointed in coming here... I was pushed to the ground at work and had massive swelling on the top of my hand/wrist. I came into this establishment and the most they did was have me grab 2 thumbs and squeeze - ice and PT. I got an xray my 2nd visit but no damage was seen by my Dr's. I asked for an MRI from the beginning but it was pushed off so long I didnt get said MRI until 2 months after the incident. Really poor service. They told me to come back in a few days if symptoms didn’t improve and acted like I was wasting their time on the phone. Had to wait for an hour and The first thing the doctor did was insult my handwriting and didn’t listen to a word I said. During the exam the doctor was coughing all over me with no mask. Been coming here for 15 years but the last couple this place has really gone downhill, won’t be coming back.
DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of time and money. 600$ later my son was Xray'd and loosely wrapped and given a CD and told to follow up with his PCP. A few things: Wouldn't look up my insurance (Tricare doesn't provide a physical card for dependents). Should have been my first red flag. They can easily call or look it up by sponsor social. Argued with her for 10 mins. Told them I'd just pay out of pocket. Asked for estimates on all items and approved the visit cost and Xray.
