I’ve been coming to this urgent care for YEARS. I would recommend this place to everyone, I recently moved to Durant and I still drive all the way to Denison because they always remember us and take the best care of myself along with my son. Thank you urgent care for the best service and staff!!!
nobody answers the phone, even during office hours. everyone plays tennis with whos job it is to actually speak with you or give you results. wish somebody gave more of a crap about peoples health. seems like an important job to give to snooty over glorified desk clerks that dont care.
Urgent Care in Denison...telephone visit with the PA is a ridiculous joke. They should be ashamed to have that kind of customer service. Pitiful. She wouldn’t even give me advice on how to treat my symptoms. Totally wouldn’t even listen. She was argumentative and of no help. They should be embarrassed to be in the healthcare field.
paid $75, my antibiotic was not called in, got hung up on during 1st call after being placed on hold multiple times, was being very cordial and patient, got told to...go to the ER... it's a 3 day old spider bite. Discouraging.
The cost was cheaper than I expected. The staff were nice and listened. The doctor listened and got me on the right medications and I felt 100% better within 24 hours.
I took my 4 year old son in because his tonsils had white patches on them (he’s had strep twice in the last 6 months) and he was running a fever. The doctor did a flu and strep swab. They told me they both came back negative. They said just to give him fluids and rest and he could go back to school. He was diagnosed with Type A flu the NEXT morning by his pediatrician.
