Great service
I had a great experience at this Urgent Care!! Dr. Mayer was amazing, thorough and kind. Swendy his assistant was also fantastic and made me feel comfortable right away. Joanna registered me & the process was quick and easy. Highly recommend!!
UPDATE: A supervisor from the billing department of White Plains Hospital reached out to me and let me know they have addressed the billing issue between them and my insurance company and that any new visits should not be billed incorrectly. I appreciate them reaching out and I'll be trying this urgent care center again (hopefully not too soon).
