After our last experience with an urgent care, my wife and I were hesitant to try another, but we decided to go to this urgent care instead of the ER. This one was surprisingly good. Didn't have to wait long, the staff was friendly, professional, and the doctor took what we said into consideration. It was the polar opposite to our experience with the urgent care on Slappey.
Good evening Miss Ari from Phoebe Urgent Care gave me amazing customer service and support today at urgent Care, the best urgent care in Albany Ga, very professional and respectful, would highly recommend to patients and guest.They exceed customer expectations, customers needs and treat their patients like family . Definitely will be coming back again if im not feeling my best thankyou Phoebe Team .
