The doctor has no idea what he’s doing. Please don’t go, he made me feel very uncomfortable. Felt like he was rushing to get me out of his office.
I was not happy with the care provided. I never see an actual Doctor when we are there always just a nurse practitioner. She didn’t do anything to find out about the issue one’s having. She ask what was wrong said just take ibuprofen and stay off of it. Didn’t look at it or try to see if there was an issue. Sent me for an X-ray then said if it doesn’t get better in 1-2 weeks seek help from another doctor. I will not be returning to this location again, this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.
Everyone was nice, but how they operate is weird. When I picked my pharmacy for prescriptions I needed same day, the front desk lady never told me that my pharmacy of choice wasnt open today (having mentioned im new to the area and idk the best place to go). When I called to change the location, I was hung up on, called again, left a message (this was around 9am) and never got a response (its now 5:20pm)... I've been in excruciating 10/10 pain all day due to this. WILL NOT be coming back.
Girl at desk rude "what do want" is that they why you train staff to talk to someone coming in for medical treatment, then you pit me in an exam room that was filthy, dirt and hair on the floor, the exam paper that goes on the table was on the floor dirty, I came in because I was weak , shaking and throwing up bile , "Doctor" huh, says oh there's nothing wrong with you 😳, had me waiting over an hour to tell me that, oh really went somewhere else, diagnosis with pneumonia, thank you now I know where not to go 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
