Will not answer the phone or return a call when you leave a message.
Waited 2 weeks for a call with results from blood tests. I finally called the lab myself only for them to tell me they want me to go back because they “didn’t have enough blood” for a simple health check (after taking 2 whole vials). Staff are very unhelpful and no one seems to know what’s going on. Never going here again.

The phones don’t even work people!! it’s days that I’ve been calling them. To get important results that I need to know about. I had to go in on Friday(because they never responded to my voicemails), And the girl at the desk tells me that yeah they know that their phones don’t work and that the manager is “Addressing it” it’s been several days since I went to get a urinalysis and I still haven’t gotten the results!
