Rude and unprofessional. Will lie about services that they offer if you come towards the end of the day. Will never ever go to another one of these again.
I appreciate that they are open until 7PM - I’m sure they would prefer to close at 5PM, but being open just a little bit after most people get off of work is very accessible and a blessing. Extra kudos to those who work this shift!
Nurse Practitioner Daniel is arrogant & not helpful. When I complained of a sinus infection with spitting bloody mucous I was tested for COVID/Flu virus; both returned negative. I requested an antibiotic. Nurse Daniel prescribed Flonase to fill immediately & antibiotic not available to fill until 3 days later. The pharmacist considered this highly unusual & called to request it be filled immediately; but requested denied. Today is the day I can fill the antibiotic; I am obviously worse now. I’ve seen Dr. James multiple times throughout the years. Always seems to help and listens. The nurse there doing the vitals is so very sweet. Many great experiences.
