Mrs. Stegall the NP and the sweet lady upfront were so nice. Got me in and out just the way I like my doctor visits to go. Made me feel very comfortable and I honestly hate going to the doctor so I will definitely be returning the next time I need anything medical done. I highly recommend
Took my daughter here for a cracked nail low in the nail bed. A nurse practitioner saw us. She said she recommended that we let the nail fall off naturally and clip the nail as much as we can right now. I asked for some clippers and she said they don’t have any. She said they don’t have any nail clippers. When I requested she see if she could find some she said she knows what tools they have and nail clippers aren’t something they carry. Seems like something simple a medical clinic would have. I’m very disappointed.
Front desk was sweet and the lady who took me back for my bp and etc was wonderful. Think I’ve had her before she’s always sweet. However…. After being tested for covid and the flu and both coming back negative i was asking normal questions to the nurse practitioner. I stated i worked in childcare so there was no telling what i had. I then asked if she thought i should return to work the next day. I am obviously sick. Will not answer the phone or return a call when you leave a message.
Waited 2 weeks for a call with results from blood tests. I finally called the lab myself only for them to tell me they want me to go back because they “didn’t have enough blood” for a simple health check (after taking 2 whole vials). Staff are very unhelpful and no one seems to know what’s going on. Never going here again.
