If I could leave a negative review we would. They close at 6 and refused to see my daughter @ 5:42 when she was having an allergic reaction to a wasp sting. We brought her to the closest place possible. They opened the door and told us they already saw the last patient at 5:40pm. If your establishment doesn’t close until 6 then patients shouldn’t be turned away until after 6.. this is an embarrassment of a facility and the treating physician should be ashamed.
I had a bad experience here. For one I went in worried I had a blood clot to be told “we can’t help you here.” I also was told to “stop talking” by the lady taking my blood pressure. I 10/10 would not recommend. Edit to add, I have yet to hear back from my results to see if I have a blood clot. Three days ago and nothing.
The doctor has no idea what he’s doing. Please don’t go, he made me feel very uncomfortable. Felt like he was rushing to get me out of his office.
I was not happy with the care provided. I never see an actual Doctor when we are there always just a nurse practitioner. She didn’t do anything to find out about the issue one’s having. She ask what was wrong said just take ibuprofen and stay off of it. Didn’t look at it or try to see if there was an issue. Sent me for an X-ray then said if it doesn’t get better in 1-2 weeks seek help from another doctor. I will not be returning to this location again, this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.
