Well... it's best if you register online in the morning on the day you anticipate going in. If you do it earlier, you'll lose your spot. There was a bit of a wait today when I went in, but once I got to the back the visit went quickly. Nice staff and clean facilities.
I Do not recommend Lansing Urgent Care. Especially after being blatantly insulted by the doctor. Do your research and find another urgent care.
The Mason location was so helpful! My 3 year old jumped off the bed and hit his head. The staff was nice and fast. The Location is very clean! I would highly recommend.
didn't like how staff didnt tell me names or what prescriptions were being called in the paper work didnt state what was called in either
