Quick, efficient, and friendly staff and service!Nice, clean waiting room with HGTV and monitor showing wait times for each patient. Was in and out in 35 minutes.
The doctors and nurses were kind and the wait wasn't terrible for the amount of people there. I have always had good experiences when I have needed to go to LUC.
Everyone is always so nice at the south Lansing location, only had bad service once and they made it right before I even had a chance to complain
