I will say that I have been coming here for about 5-6 years. I will say the staff use to be very pleasant. Now some of them have a nonchalant attitude, when dealing with you. And some staff is very pleasant so I never allow the few bad apples to spoil the bunch. However, there is a P.A or maybe she is Physician but she is Caucasian/she have an accent. Update: Avoid if possible. Find another Urgent Care The doctor pushed us out pretty much because she didn't want to deal with my son who was crying. The receptionists let us sit in the waiting room knowing my son had a high fever only for us to be sent to the ER. Avoid this place. It used to be good but obviously the staffing changed. They don't seem to give quality care possibly because of the demographics of the area This is unacceptable.
Waste of time!! I went because my heart racing. I was prescribed medication that I refuse to take. I wanted them to do an EKG or something. I left and went to John Hopkins where I found out I was a few weeks pregnant.
