The staff was professional and friendly.
Went on a Friday to take my Girlfriend to get checked out. A bit of a wait but less than 30 mins.
They take long time to help you. They are not friendly. Absolutely empty and they take forever.
Usually this office is great, however it seems like the front desk staff and intake nurses have an issue with their job. I saw the staff rushing patients who are ALREADY getting up and moving the first time their name was called to move faster, this is where sick people go to feel better, they're going to move like sick people do. In addition, the intake staff in specific (the ones who take the co-pay and insurance info) are incredibly rude, almost always on their phone and short tempered. This place is so bad that I have MULTIPLE STORIES of the things they have done here. But I'm only going to talk about the two big ones. 1: So back in 2021 I felt really bad and couldent walk and ir was a battle to keep my eyes open. I got driven to this urgent care and was told to wait... FOR 3 HOURS. I later learned I had covid and the staff team had only a few people ahead of me which means they let other patients go before me while I was trying to keep my eyes open and breathe.
