The worst Urgent Care ever the are so slow and d take forever
Horrible experience at this urgent care! The waits always along. Feels like we wait longer than the time they take to actually see us. They didn't allow my support person to go in with me. I'm not a senior nor I have a disability but I always feel comfortable with someone else in the room listening to the instructions with me.
If I can give a less than a star, I would Grayson PA-C , Lela D worst patient care ever I took my nine year old for His asthma, acting up, barking, cough, phlegm, vomiting, and fever for two days today was officially the third day when he got examined This PA didn’t even do a full examination on My Son didn’t hear his lungs and say it’s viral. We took my son here on a Monday with horrible cough and 104 temp and dr choke told my wife it's viral and sent us on our way. We went to a different urgent care in rancho on Wed am and dr actually listened to sons chest and thought pnuemonia and ordered chest x ray gave him antibiotics and confirmed later that day that he had pnuemonia. Shouldn't of had to wait an extra day or so for him to start feeling better
Slowest service ever!!!! 2 hours wait
