We took my son here on a Monday with horrible cough and 104 temp and dr choke told my wife it's viral and sent us on our way. We went to a different urgent care in rancho on Wed am and dr actually listened to sons chest and thought pnuemonia and ordered chest x ray gave him antibiotics and confirmed later that day that he had pnuemonia. Shouldn't of had to wait an extra day or so for him to start feeling better
Slowest service ever!!!! 2 hours wait
The practioner that saw, Amajoyi was very abrupt, would not listen to anything I had to say, and when I tried to describe my systems. She seem unfamiliar with what a systemic allergic reaction was. She asked me a question and when I tried to answer her providing more details..she said "i asked you a question, are you going to answer it or not?".
