Went to urgent care on a Sunday for my boyfriend. Receptionist was pleasant and took his information quickly. The nurse who called him in and took his vitals was also nice. He saw Nurse Practitioner Andy and he was attentive and took the time to address all his concerns. He explained his treatment and meds and follow up. Note: If your issue requires x-rays, they are not available at this location and you will be referred out.
Maria is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She refused to let me speak to a doctor or even a nurse after my daughter was seen and diagnosed with an infection. She’s only five years old and I was scared because of her very high fever. I called to find out if we could get her antibiotics since they didn’t prescribe any, even though they were the ones who diagnosed her ! They sent us on our way without any prescription or medicine.
