. I’ve gone here multiple times in the last 2 years of being sick and seen great nurse practitioners and doctors except Dr.Yamato or something like that. I have a visible white ulcer on my throat and low grade fever for 4 days and he said “Tylenol, ibuprofen, go buy Chloraseptic spray” that’s it and let it run its course. I told him that I’ve been doing that and it’s not working and if there is anything he can prescribe me or even the throat spray so I didn’t waste over an hour and $30 for him to tell me a google search. I drove 12 miles one way to be seen in a SWM Urgent Care. To only be treated like I was bothering the front desk , she hates her job and she was not happy or friendly. Then the nurse who took me back to take my vitals wasn’t much better. These two women need training in customer service and patient relations. I was so upset that I would have left had I not needed to be seen. The only good thing was the Dr was extremely professional and kind. I will never go here again. Whatever you do, do NOT see Dr. Kane. He's not helpful. Doesn't listen. Just an overall trash dr who wants to just get you in and out. Can't even tell me why my requested records from my PCP including the xray were not sent yet. This after he called to follow up on an MRI results and I asked why my requested records have not been sent to my PCP. Told me to show them the results in app or print out.
