Came in at 10 am as one of the first patients and they got us back and swabbed my sons throat and said it would be 20 minutes. 2 hours later and we still have not even seen the dr and no one has come in to let us know why. ERGH!

Waiting with an 89 yr old in understaffed lab. Have to wait or they won’t give her the medication for pain. Doctors are nice, just understaffed lab.They don’t care if elderly or anyone waits. One lady here has been here for 1 1/2 hours.
Was seen in the order that we arrived and the MA was super nice and thanked us for the basics and the PA gave us antivirals for my husbands shingles even though the other clinics wouldn’t. Extremely helpful and nice!
You are taking your life in your hands with Oregon's most unqualified, incompetent medical staff at this location. Do not expect to get helped with your medical condition here. They prescribe pills without doing testing and push you out the door as fast as they can without an exam!
Nice people but kind of ridiculous that you are turned away because your primary care is in Silverton even after you offered to pay cash.
Well, I just waited for 2 hours and 20 minutes for "urgent care" and finally just had to walk out. Thanks for absolutely nothing Salem Clinic! I hate you! Between 2 attempted PCPs, your not getting back to me for well over a week whenever I have blood work done, and not doing tests that were supposed to have been done, this was the last straw. You are incompetent.
