RecommendedWent for a COVID test and waited 3 weeks for results due to Lab backups. Dr Romeo reached out to me on his family time and offered a full refund as well as informed us that they’ve switched to a more efficient lab in case of future testing being needed. He even offered to pay a refund out of pocket immediately if I needed it. I understand it wasn’t their fault, and the service and friendliness of the doctor was unparalleled. These are tough times and I’m thankful that these doctors are here to service our community.
I am utterly impressed with this facility and thankful they were available to take care of me when no one else would. I recently moved to the area and had not yet established care with a primary care physician when I became ill with Covid19 symptoms. The medical, professional and technical staff are all highly skilled and service oriented. The new location is very accessible and well-equipped. Plus the hours have been extended. What’s not to like!
Excellent response and care received by my elderly mother during her visit to Atlanta Urgent Care. Front desk staff was efficient and welcoming. Very little wait before her exam where her immediate medical concerns were addressed by Dr. Romeo. Not only did he provide the care she needed at that time, but he was kind, caring and put her at ease. Dr. Ferrara and Atlanta Urgent Care are awesome! I don’t usually take the time to recommend places on social media, but the service and care they provided is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Ferrara came in on two different days off to ensure patients were seen in a timely manner, and he took good care of me. It is owned by doctors who live in the neighborhood, you’ll only see certified ER doctors, and their fees are low.
Both my children have been to both clinics and the doctor's have always been right on target with what was wrong. I have a special needs daughter who I never hesitated to bring in. The hours are great, convient location, and they listen to moms.
Our experience with Dr Ferrara and staff was awesome. Much better experience than the “big box” urgent care centers around us.
Very grateful to Dr. Ferrara and his staff at Urgent Care at Druid Hills. He´s open till 10:30 PM, which was great when I found myself needing to find an open urgent care clinic at 9:30 PM. I only had to wait a few minutes before they got me triaged, and Dr. Ferrara came in within minutes. He lanced a painful, majorly infected bug bite, prescribed antibiotics and had me on my way much quicker than other non-physician owned urgent care clinics. So long Piedmont Urgent Care! I´m switching over the Urgent Care at Druid Hills!
