This place is a SCAM! They claimed I needed to pay a co-pay of $20 AND an additional $180 for a premium. No other facility has ever charged me for a premium, but they said they called to check and that I did need to because my insurance's annual premium had not been met yet. The area is very ghetto, as the other reviewer mentioned, but my husband was experiencing severe chest pain, so we felt like we needed to see someone ASAP. I spent an hour waiting for the lady there to tell me that I need to pay a $500 dollar deductible on a plan office visit. I called my insurance and I was told that for office visit I only pay $25. When I told the lady she said I could pay $150 if I wanted to be seen plus my copayment . I'm her at another walk in clinic that did not give me any issues . They need to have people that don't take advantage of people. If I was stupid than they would have Robbed me of $150 just to have my ears seen. Be careful with this place.
