I think Molalla Urgent Care was great! Such friendly and helpful people, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. Awesome job. Yes, it took a while to get in, but it IS urgent care and it's a Saturday just when they opened. I'm very pleased.
I have had to take my son in for a shoulder injury and other than having to wait for 20 minutes - which is to be expected in a urgent/immediate care - they were great.
I give it zero stars. They did horrible emergency non-care. Go to a real emergency room at Willamette Falls is you value your life.
Very friendly and competent staff. Reasonable prices if you have no insurance. Did have to wait a bit but not bad considering it's 1st come 1st serve.
Had my daughter in twice this week, finally got her in with primary. I will drive to Salem before I take any of my children back to Molalla Urgent Care. I found Kelby Stout to be Cold, insensitive,and degrading toward both myself and my daughter. I got the impression that he had no children of his own due toward his cold demeanor toward my sick daughter.
