This used to be an amazing office but with the staffing changes over the last few years, the unprofessionalism and drama was unreal.
This place is a joke. They will just drop you with out telling you. Not except money for your bills. A fing joke. I now have to find a new doctor. Thanks a@@Holes. BIG F@UC@ING JOKE OF A PLACE.
They are useless! I would never recommend molalla urgent care!!
My friend went to this place last week. She was told she has severe asthma and was given cough medicine. They didn't even spend 10 minutes actually checking her out. If they had done their damn job, they would have known it was not asthma. So now my friend is in icu with congestive heart failure. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy!
Evidently being nice here is not a requirement, nor being thorough. It is very frustrating that there is only physician assistant's available to treat.
Molalla urgent care is a joke . Went there they decided I actually had kidney stones again and told me to take ibuprofen and drink lots of water . Mind you I haven't gone to the bathroom in 3 days at this point . Went to the hospital cause I was in terrible pain and really needed to pee at this point . Was admitted right away . This is a horrible place to go! Dr. Kelby Stout is an asshole and treats you like a pill addict if you are in pain. They will not prescribe pain meds! It's not fair for those of us who are suffering because of all the pill addicts! I will NEVER go here again!!
