Muy mala experiencia con el personal de este lugar, principalmente una señora rubia que está en el front desk, y un señor que es el asistente del doctor. Mis padres acudieron porque mi papá llevaba varios días enfermo y necesitaba seguimiento. Los doctores no estaban presentes y fueron atendidos por el personal. El trato fue arrogante, con risitas y comentarios totalmente fuera de lugar. I Give 5 stars because this is the best Doctor in Lehigh Acres "Dr. Axel Ruiz is absolutely phenomenal and the team, Rolando the best wound care specialist, Yordania in the main from desk very friendly and kind, Virginia office manager she is absolutely excellent and resolved my mom Oxygen equipment and supplies and Camila very kind too. I am beyond disappointed with this urgent care. I called ahead to confirm whether they were accepting walk-ins. The person on the phone explicitly said yes, asked when I would arrive, and told me “Great, see you then.” When I arrived within the hour, the front desk employee was immediately dismissive and rude, barely acknowledging me.
