I am beyond disappointed with this urgent care. I called ahead to confirm whether they were accepting walk-ins. The person on the phone explicitly said yes, asked when I would arrive, and told me “Great, see you then.” When I arrived within the hour, the front desk employee was immediately dismissive and rude, barely acknowledging me. When I explained that I had called ahead and was told to come in, she flatly said they were not taking walk-ins.
