Urchin Management took over our buildings in 2023, January. Given the current housing situation and the unknown rental pricing, I was very scared when I got the news. Urchin is such a suitable name for this company. As a tenant we had them take over as a our property management company, but didn't take into account any of the details that we had discussed with the previous management company. We had arranged to move out with the landlord between company's and Urchin took advantage of that. There was damage to floor due to poor installation that was report early on, but Urchin put the blame on us.
