Manager named Holly is a true definition of lazy no commons sense. Double standards. When I first moving in I booked the loading zone and the elevator for the time slot but of course she give it to someone else to move out while I paid moving company by hour, no where to park have to wait for the guy end up paying the moving company 2 more hour of fee. Urchin Management took over our buildings in 2023, January. Given the current housing situation and the unknown rental pricing, I was very scared when I got the news.
