Terrible service. Person showing property clearly couldn’t care if we rented or not. Submitted an application, received a confirmation of receipt and then no further communication. No wonder they have properties to rent still.
2021 It has been 2 years since we signed our apartment leasing with Urchin. Building is very clean, staff is responsive, the tenant online tool works great. I would say they can do better by changing the laundry facilities to a card payment process, still using coins is not very helpful. ******** It's 2026, we are still here, about 2 to 3 years ago they implemented the laundry card payment, which is great. Staff continue to be courteous, and building is super clean.
I’ve been a tenant of Urchin for the past ten years this month. I didn’t quite realize that much time has passed. I’ve had no major issues since having moved in here. The building itself is well maintained inside and out. Common areas are very clean regardless of the season. Security is a priority, with cameras in the common areas as well as outside, front, back and sides. Snow removal is promptly done even during the snow falls when possible. Worst property management. They don’t know how to deal with the tenants and used unprofessional methods. Will Never suggest to anyone.
We’ve been long time tenants and they have been great to us.
