This property manager is complete trash. They were about to have me leave work early to see a property I was looking to rent because they are afraid of the dark and have not updated to the standard key lock boxes. Then last minute canceled the appointment because they rented out the home. So they were fully willing to be wasting my time and money even though they had an applicant about to sign.
Urbina Property Management took over the apartments I formerly lived in last February (2023). They took a small apartment complex in downtown Cotati from being a very nice community to live in to a nightmare. I understand they are just the management and the owners change the rent and other charges...but as soon as they took over the rent was raised. We had to start paying for water and garbage when our lease (signed with the previous owner) says it is included in the rent. Every day there was a new 3-day notice on someone... read more
I've been a tenant at one of Urbina's rentals for a year now, and it's easily been the best experience I've had with a property management company! Kristin and her assistant Mistie are incredibly kind and always ready to help out. All maintenance requests are dealt with very promptly (more often than not, same-day!) and the contractors they use for maintenance and landscaping work are phenomenal as well. I have no complaints and would highly recommend renting from Urbina!
We have used Urbina Property Management as a placement agency for our rental unit for several years now and are very pleased with their services. Kristin is always there to answer any questions we may have and we feel at ease knowing that all of the required paperwork has been handled both correctly and efficiently.
