I had an extremely disappointing experience with Urbina Property Management. Over the two years I lived in the property, there were repeated issues that ultimately led to my decision to move out. The property manager frequently showed up late to scheduled walkthroughs — and on one occasion, arrived an hour early and let herself into my home unannounced.
