History Established in 2005. Urban X Change is located in Downtown Tacoma and was first opened by Julie Bennett. In September of 2013, Nicholas & Brooke Casanova bought the business from Julie, Brooke's mother. It wasn't long ago when the two were dating in high school hanging out at Urban X Change.
