History Established in 2005. Urban X Change is located in Downtown Tacoma and was first opened by Julie Bennett. In September of 2013, Nicholas & Brooke Casanova bought the business from Julie, Brooke's mother. It wasn't long ago when the two were dating in high school hanging out at Urban X Change. The staff here are lowkey racist. I went a couple years ago with my friend and last year, as well and they followed us around the shop the entire time even though we were not suspicious looking at all... Also, to my knowledge, there are no POC working here which raises a lot of red flags to me... Youre better off shopping on like Depop or Etsy or something because the prices are better.
One stop shop for rad clothes for the whole family! Found the cutest Raggedy Anne romper for my 3yo, yoga pants and date night dress for me. My first stop when shopping. Also the store is beautiful and the staff kind, win win!

Went in today after a photo shoot and absolutely fell in love with this store. Wonderful atmosphere and the girls working were so friendly. UXC has so many amazing finds so there is something for everyone there no matter their style. I wish I lived near by cause if I did my whole wardrobe would come from this place
