Staff is very rude and unprofessional, I called in to discuss the issue and was going to report window leak but they said shut up and not allowed to call them on this because they only listens to the condo president or condo management , I agree with it that they have to listen to condo management but they need to listen to the other side too to resolve the ongoing issues, everybody deserves respect and condo mangers suppose to be supportive and friendly to discuss the issues . I’ve dealt with dozens of property managers in real estate transactions and this is the first time giving a review! Urban Tec was extremely responsive to my client’s questions, provided fast document delivery and has much fairer fees than other companies.
