Kerri Carberry and Caren Erickson were a huge help in their quick response and phenomenal client service helping us with the incredible short window we had for closing on our house sale. The were very friendly and did an amazing job, thank you.
Great property management company. Always quick to respond, transparent and did a great job in keeping us in the loop with any changes to our condo. Big or small, they would let us know ex) bobcat sightings in the area, or security concerns, or if contractors would be on site at a certain time etc. Fantastic communication
No phone respond, no matter what options chosen. Their generic web site doesn't tell what is the App name or the web site portal to do any payment. Another cash grab management company.
UrbanTec has been our partner for the last four years, and I have received excellent support in my dual role as board member and secretary. My minutes and newsletters were thoroughly edited, and our condominium Management consultant, Kerri, provided constructive feedback throughout.
