Absolute horrible. I’ve been trying to get something repaired that was handled but urbantec for over 6 weeks and I keep getting the run around. And forget about calling, no one answers their phones, and the extensions don’t work.
Leah is always pleasant ,efficient,& available. She is very east to deal with.
I really appreciate Kaitlyn Spooner for expediting our letter of approval for adopting our next pack member, as our last member member died of GDV suddenly. It has been unbearably painful. Thank you Kaitlyn for helping us out. The void and silence in this house have been tearing apart with grief. This is now our second journey with our new 4 legged goof ball.
