I'm not sure if all buildings are dealt with the same way, but Kerri is our manager and not helpful in the slightest. She doesn't seem to know what her job is
There was a questioned asked on this review as to how this Company has such a high review rate, the only answer that I can now come up with is how they sacrifice ownership neglect, and only address the issues of the Boards. I've been dealing with UrbanTec for 2 years now, the property here has been run down, example with the lack of watering the lawn, the lawn is now a solid soiled mud hole in the Spring time. As a Condo Board member, I can attest that UrbanTec and its people offer some of the most professional and responsive management services I've ever received. They are polite, timely, and meticulous in their dealings with any and all property issues that pop up. Huge thanks to Kaitlin, Lisa, and a few others who've been very helpful in their dealings with us.
