We pay high maintenance fees only to be left with no maintenance, no response, and a total neglect on the overall condition of the building. I made a few reasonable requests which have received 0 action. UrbanTec is unreliable and unprofessional. Stay away!

Excellent service and replied to my questions immediately. General cleanliness of lobby area and elevators is well maintained by personnel who do such.
