People visiting us out for the first time typically come in knowing that we're a little different, but we're amazed at how many times we hear the same thing from them: "Wow, this is so much more than I expected!" ...We love that. It's exactly the reaction we want.

If I could rate urbane apartments a 0 I would. Staff is rude, the garbage disposal breaks every other week, the cold water in the kitchen lasted probably 30 seconds, and the bathroom shower knobs we’re broken so you had to mess with them constantly in order to get hot water. Not to mention anytime it storms the power goes out. 10/10 would not recommend 😬
