EDIT : my mother and I decided to treat our selfs and it was quite the opposite. First we where asked to do review upon arrival before Receiving service for 50% off our second services . I came for a polish change and a pedicure so it sounded great , I grabbed a pamphlet and picked my pedicure. they got me right to a chair but then I waited so long my water was cold several times and had to ask them to come heat it up and drain out the excess water .
