Vicky and her team are wonderful. She has a ton of experience on what an interior design should look like. She can sit down and understand your needs and preferences and come up with a design and layout that hits thd mark. I've seen several of her projects, and have been very impressive.
We asked her to come out and help us get started on our master bathroom/closet. She spent two hours discussing the project with us and was pleasant throughout. However, she ghosted us after that. She said she'd have the plans ready by the next week and that was almost a month ago. There hasn't been follow up on her part at all. We gave up on her and went with someone else. It was a waste of our time and now the other designer can't see us for three weeks. It's completely unprofessional and shows no respect for our time.
Victoria Graf is passionate about design. She takes great care of her customers and wants to be sure you love it. I also like that she charges by the project, rather than by the hour so you know what you are getting upfront!
Using Urbane Design Studio was a great experience. My appointment was easy to book with the online calendar. Vicky was very knowledgeable and informative. She gave different ideas and took my thoughts and ideas into consideration. Vicky also gave me information to take into consideration when planning my interior design that I hadn't previously thought of. It was an A+ experience. I highly recommend Urbane Design Service and will use Vicky again in the future.
