Great facilities and professional dental staff. However, the front office manager is difficult to deal with. I've encountered multiple issues with trying to schedule an appointment, and then told that their errors were somehow my fault. This place would be top-notch if it weren't for the poor customer service waiting for me at the entrance. Fortunately, there are other great options in the area that provide a more consistent positive experience.

Dr. Phan was very pleasant and talks to you like a human being and the girls working there are awesome as well!!

The front office staff are beyond welcoming & answer all of my insurance related questions with detail. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best dental care in the area!
I have had nothing but good experiences with the team at Urbandale Family Dentistry! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist himself have been super friendly, helpful and not judgy at all. For someone who has avoided the dentist for a long time, I'm glad I found a place that makes me feel comfortable!
