Look up "Premium Home Service" - that is who these guys contract through When I originally called Urbana Handyman, I was told the fee for the work was $149 plus tax. I double checked to confirm the fee was the total price for the job I wanted done. They said yes. They charged it up front. Their guy came out for the job and quoted me another $660 to do the work on top of the fee I already paid. Come to find out, the $149 fee is a yearly subscription they set up to automatically bill you once a year. No one ever mentioned anyt... read more
