I've come for sports related injuries and to help counter some of the negative effects of sitting in a chair all day. Dr. Kiberd and Bethany worked wonders when I herniated a disc in my neck. They taught me a variety of strengthening techniques that have helped me heal so that I can continue to practice yoga and create better habits when sitting at my desk all day.
One of your representatives of your clinic cured me of my Iliotibial Band Syndrome. Bethany did a wonderful job in taking care of me, she was very professional, made sure I understood everything and prepare me what to expect. She is a rare diamond in the rough, and I can not thank you enough urban wellness, thank you for having professional, wonderful, caring people in your practice.
