I had a great experience with optometrist Laura and Sam. They were both very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I have been a client since 2013 and very satisfied . Highly recommend.
Always a pleasant experience and their selection of frames is solid.
All staff are wonderful except for I think the owner was not wonderful. I told him I couldn’t afford the 275 for a pair of glasses and I’d be ordering online and ask them if you do that measurement for me that I need. He fled out told me we don’t do that measurement unless you buy glasses I understand that he was trying to save his business and make money for his business, but I’m a senior on disability in a wheelchair And he refuses to help me help myself I have never had that from any other eye eyeglass place I went to the... read more
I had a great experience at Urban Vision. I went in for an eye exam, and my doctor, Laura, was absolutely amazing—very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the whole appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. The staff were also nice: friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Overall, the service was excellent, and I felt really well taken care of. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality eye care and great customer service!
