Love Jess and her vibe. Very knowledgeable and keeps it real.
She was very nice! But when I was told my cut and color was gonna be 650 I was shocked. Ended up getting a cut for 150 which I think is also way too pricey, even for a curly cut. But she was very nice and understanding about the whole experience which I appreciated. Just know going in that you're gonna spend a lot of money.
Jess is amazing! I love my haircut! She is great to talk with and a genuinely warm person who obviously loves what she does- making other people look great!
Totally feel like I was taken advantage of. Prices are so far above anyone else. 500 dollars with tip...as I always tip 20 percent. Got a cut and a root touch up. Walked out with the worst style and color. She never offered to fix it. She told me it was my own fault for now asking how much it was going to be. Expensive lesson learned.
