Urban Valley Rentals is the least competent, most unprofessional property management company I've ever had to deal with. Fyi I always paid rent on time, we did everything in the lease to the letter, and in the end there were no deductions other than final bills on a deposit of $5k. We were in a nice house and we kept it up to par minus normal wear and tear. 1. We have sent emails, made calls, put in maintenance requests... and never heard back. It has been WEEKS of sending messages and leaving voicemails. Don't bother calling them, because no one actually answers the phone. It will always go straight to voicemail. Which is pointless cause they don't call back. Maybe this will get someone's attention. This place is a joke! Only a recording. It's a waste of time to even leave a message. They'll never returned your call. Very poor PR. You can only courier a message to a receptionist on the 6th floor when someone is there. The Urban Valley office is in different suite somewhere unknown in the building,
