Moved out a year ago and am getting random charges taken out of my account as part of the current tenants rent. They are crooks and won’t own up to it. They have even shared there ledger showing the charges but can’t seem to understand that I’m not the tenant.
Worst rental agency EVER. The home we are renting currently has a lot of damage that needs attention. They always blame the owner that it can't get fixed soon enough. They would tell us that we could not have any contact with the owner. The owner of the home came to see the deck that has been broke and is not safe to be on since mid June and seemed like the agency did not want me and the owner to have any communication with each other but after meeting with the owner we are getting a brand new deck. Worst company to rent from steer way clear
I personally love this company! They pulled through for my family in 2021 and we have resided in our apartment since then. Anytime an issue occurs, they do their best to fix the problem promptly. My family and I are extremely grateful for this company.
