Hopefully they will sell their 534.5 acres on Signal Mountain to the state for further protected land after the Planning Commission nixed the most recent, would-be devastating deforestation and development plan.
Previously rented from Urban Story at the 5800 Building and now we're in 9550SF in the 5700 Building. It's been a phenomenal experience. Property Manager is easily reached and a great communicator. Highly recommend.
We have been in this building for 32 years and have never been treated so well. The cleanliness and condition of the building are great and the whole team is very responsive and great to work with. Maintenance guys are always available to help. We have two great guards at the front door and the leasing staff are the best.
