Previously rented from Urban Story at the 5800 Building and now we're in 9550SF in the 5700 Building. It's been a phenomenal experience. Property Manager is easily reached and a great communicator. Highly recommend.
We have been in this building for 32 years and have never been treated so well. The cleanliness and condition of the building are great and the whole team is very responsive and great to work with. Maintenance guys are always available to help. We have two great guards at the front door and the leasing staff are the best.
Our team loves being a tenant in Urban Story's Dome Building! We have had our law office in this history Chattanooga landmark for nearly two decades so it is "home" for us. But it would only truly feel like home if our landlord provided exceptional and responsive attention and service to its tenants. Jimmy and his outstanding team have always taken amazing care of us which we very much appreciate!
