In short, I rate my experience as 100 out of 10. :) I found this clinic in SunLife’s website, sent an email for appointment and had a first-visit today. The clinic direct bill insurance company so it’s much convenient for us. First time of dental clinic visiting in Canada. The whole experience was really professional and I felt so welcoming. I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Livingstone. He was unprofessional, condescending, and made false accusations during my visit. As a dentist in a position of authority, I expected empathy and understanding, especially regarding my health anxiety and severe dental pain, but he completely disregarded my concerns.
