Very professional and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and punctual. Clean, modern office, felt very well taken care of.
I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Livingstone. He was unprofessional, condescending, and made false accusations during my visit. As a dentist in a position of authority, I expected empathy and understanding, especially regarding my health anxiety and severe dental pain, but he completely disregarded my concerns. Going to the dentist is always a good experience for me. I begin my appointment at the stated time and everything is efficient. Any questions I have are carefully answered. Everyone is pleasant and there is never any discomfort.
Used to be good, bad luck with Dr. Livingstone’s work and listening skills. Both have gone elsewhere now.
Urban Smiles is the best dental office in town. Dr. Livingston and his staff are so friendly and positive! I am a senior and feel that my teeth have never looked better after a few visits. If you have anxiety about dental care, this is the place to go!!
